Tell us the email on your account and what happened. If a workout didn't import, include the link you used.
Importing workouts
How do I import a workout?
On TikTok or Instagram, tap Share on the workout post and choose Pyndra, or copy the post's link and paste it into Pyndra. Pyndra reads the caption and suggests the exercises for you to confirm.
Why won't my link import?
Pyndra works with links to public TikTok and Instagram posts. Links to private posts, or to other apps and websites, won't import. If a public TikTok or Instagram link still fails, email us the link and we'll take a look.
Pyndra suggested the wrong exercise. What do I do?
Before anything is saved, you review the suggested exercises. Swap any that are wrong, or add ones Pyndra missed, from the exercise library. Nothing lands in your library until you confirm it.
Your account
How do I sign in?
You can sign in with Apple, or with your email and password.
I can't sign in to my account.
Email us from the address you signed up with and tell us what happens when you try to sign in. We'll help you get back in.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, open Profile and tap Delete account at the bottom, then confirm. This permanently deletes your account, saved exercises, plans and workout history, and it can't be undone.
How do I sign out?
In the app, open Profile and tap Sign out.
Privacy and availability
Does Pyndra store the creator's video?
No. Pyndra does not collect or store the original video files. Each saved exercise keeps a link back to the original post, and inside Pyndra you follow an animation of the exercise.
Do I need to log in to TikTok or Instagram?
No. Pyndra works with links to public posts and never asks for your TikTok or Instagram login.
Is Pyndra available on Android?
Not yet. Pyndra is in public beta for iPhone in the United States.
